Remain in the same pose for about 20 seconds in the initial stages.

2) Pavanamuktasana

This pose is also known as Wind-Releasing Pose. For this pose, you need to lie down on the floor with your back straight. Left should be lifted up and knees need to be bent. Now, left leg should be tried to be pressed towards the stomach in such a manner that your chin is touched to your knee. However, your head will be needed to lift up for the same purpose. Then, similarly, right leg should be used with the same technique.

3) Ardha Chandra asana

The key areas of this pose are buttocks, inner and upper thighs. This pose helps you in burning those flabs which are present around your stomach. This pose can be achieved by standing straight with hands placed above your head in such a way that you are aiming to touch the ceiling. Now exhale, and slowly bend sideways from your hips, keeping your hands together. While doing this pose, an effective stretch will be felt by you along your stomach and back side.

4) Uttanasana

The key areas involved are hamstrings and the muscles of abdomen. In order to do this pose, stand straight on the floor. Raise your hands above your head while you inhale slowly. Then, bend forward in such a way that your head touches your knees and your hands touch the floor. Now, exhale slowly and come back to the initial position. It should be done in such a way that there is no harm caused to the muscles involved.
